I'm not quite sure why we've come to Miss Rosa Coote's establishment. Surely we aren't likely to find this "Cavorite" in such a place? The Doctor is being rather mysterious - as usual - but my guess is that he made a small error in one of the co-ordinates. We've used the TARDIS's extensive wardrobe to attire ourselves appropriately for the period. Obviously that's not enough for some of us to pass as locals. Magical disguises would have been possible, but maintaining them on several people for possibly quite some time would have been rather a strain for our magic users. So skin colour has been altered with make-up where necessary, all four of us elves have had our hair styled so that it hides our ears and Fertal and I are wearing tinted contact lenses that make our eyes appear human. There's no way of hiding elven shortness, of course. so we are dressed so that we will hopefully pass as children aged nine or so, in B'Elanna's and my case wearing very loose, flowing dresses that should hide our adult curves. As we emerge from the TARDIS, we see a carriage draw up outside the school. (We assume that it's a school, in spite of its rather strange name.)
