Later, back at Leon's place . . . . two figures are let into the abandoned apartment by the manager.... Elrondir Stripped bare. By all appearances stripped bare of all personal effects (including any photographs like what had been seen in the movies that the Bladerunner had come across) quite recently by the mess. That goes hand and hand with a glimpse of Leon fleeing the scene out of the corner of my eye, suit cases in hand. Had pretended not to notice because I frankly was NOT out to hunt down and kill him and his Replicant buddies, roleplayed Bladerunner part or not. Not saying that I want to make friends (they're not exactly what I look for in friends), more like keep them in freeze tubes until we get them fixed up and them dump them back in this world without them being the wiser... Yeah, we want to minimize the loss of life (including those Slags), but we also wanted to minimize contact. They have a whole boatload of issues we just DO not want to get involved in, me and my friends! Anyway, all that said, being that Gaff didn't go running after Leon seems to say that he'd not noticed. Good, don't want to have to do this next part out in the OPEN! Closing the door behind us, I see that Gaff is poking around seeing if he can uncover. One shot of the phasor (heavy stun) to his back and he goes down. Waiting a few seconds to make sure that nobody overheard that, I smile slightly as I signal the TARDIS to come here. I'd been in telepathic contact (only kind of private communication available to me with Gaff always looking over my shoulder) updating me on recent findings they'd found and vice versa with me for them. Can do the next part much FASTER without him, than with Gaff, thanks. Was able to locate my groundcar and plan on doing some of my OWN driving. See, even though all those photos we saw in the movie seem to have gotten swept up I'd been able to locate those snake scales that had been left in this apartment's bathtub. A quick tricorder scan had revealed it's artificial nature (wonderful tools, tricorders!) but that only tells me so much. I'm not going to blindly assume that just because Leon's apartment happens to actually be here at 1187 at Hunterwasser that it follows that Zhora works down as an exotic dancer at some club owned by a Taffey Lewis, down in fourth sector, Chinatown. I’m needing to have a chat with some local expert who might know at least where the snake was manufactured. It's time to drop this act for the moment (would like to drop it entirely but can't yet), if only in part and leave Gaff in one of the freeze tubes inside the TARDIS. Still need to play the part of Decker for this upcoming visit of mine to perhaps that Cambodian woman which sold artificial animals can help. Gotta look her (or someone like her) in the yellow pages... See, in addition to the scales I'd found traces of Phylicia's DNA (hair stuck in the drain) by my tricorder scans. Meaning that our rogue Replicant (possibly our target by wand reading vectors) had been here AND is running with Leon's group for some reason... Thus the reason why I'm forced to still play the part of Decker...for the moment. Just glad that Rachael won't be a factor. Brutal as it had been, at least I'd been able to alienate her so we won't have to worry about HER getting into the mix. Indeed, I'd been so beastly with her that Tyrell (!) had called her back when I'd been leaving and talking comforting words to her to sooth her. Don't think that she'll be running off any time soon (yet) like she'd done in the movie... And if she does I doubt that I'll be the one she'll seek help from!!
