"You KNOW about that?!" you gauge. "I said THAT in my sleep?" You know exactly what Kirk is hinting at. Mr. Londo would be in hot water in more ways than one if it came to light he was more involved in the orbital bombardment of Narn with BIG rail guns (guns that threw iron based meteors with magnetic forces).

"Yes, you did." Kirk smiles, boyishly. "Don't worry, I can keep a secret. But, it could prove useful....in future negotiations."
