A Further Division of Forces

It soon becomes clear that, what with the funeral and all the ensuing matters of state that Aaron has to see to as King, it will be at least seven days before he can travel on to Daria. We need his presence so as to make what we tell Erica convincing, and a lot could go wrong in Daria in a week.

In the end we decide that we will all remain here for tomorrow's funeral - as Aaron's "advisers" it would look bad if we didn't. Then one flying carpet - piloted by Synizn - will take some of us to Erica, the party to include Illura, who hopefully can go some way towards convincing Erica of our good intentions. If need be, our second carpet - piloted by Jarlath - will take the rest of us, including Aaron, in a week's time.

1. So that means we will temporarily be split into three groups in all (including those with Rebecca), each group having one mage. I don't like it much, but it seems like the best solution.
