| Alicia and Fred meet outside the Coucil place and hurry off to a place
that Alicia says is safe. They get there just in time, for the full moon
shines down on the two. Thoughts grow indistinct, fog filled. Bodies warp
and change into full animal forms. Male and female foxes howl in joy at
the full moon. They grin at each other, and scamper off to find something
ineresting.
Something is different, the vixen feels. There is something different
about her friend/mate. And something is effecting her. She can't figure
out what it is, however. Soon, they come across other foxes playing in
the moonlight. Several male and female foxes, noticing the couple, call
over and offer to "play" with them. On any other night, before meeting
her new friend, the vixen would have taken some of the males up on their
offer. It was only natural. However, something is different tonight. As
for the tom, he just snorts at the other surprised vixens and runs off
with his friend/mate. They explore a world full of wondera and life. When
they tire of this, they explore each other again.
Alicia and Fred again awake in each others arms. This time, no silver
pelted wolf finds them. Something about last night strikes them as strange,
but it'll take a while to remember what.
