I don't know, and I don't think there's any way of finding out other than by examining every single episode.

One of the perks of being the administrator of The Never Ending Quest is that I have access to the raw SQL dump of the NEQ database. That means I can slap the NEQ database into a tool that finds the longest line. Since each episode is on its own line, the longest line will be the longest episode. And now, here are the 10 longest episodes in The Never Ending Quest, starting with the longest:
