Annabelline gives you a harsh look, but the irritation soon becomes
confidence as she realizes that you will be just fine impersonating her,
although she doe not let it show. "Very well." she says "You already know
of James, but there is also Matilda, my handmaiden, who will assist you
with your clothes and baths. They will help you through your daily affairs
as a princess, so do not worry about that, although they are completely
unaware of my absence." "How can I impersonate you," you ask "when I don't even know you?" "Remember that my father and I do not get along, so do not mutter a nice word around him. Better still, remain silent as much as possible. Do not explore. Remain in my bedroom whenever possible and, when you cannot, try to play the part of a shy, quiet young lady." "And," she adds "whatever you do, do not try to escape. If you do, you could be captured by my father and sent to the dungeons. Or worse. Even still, you are a princess and could be captured by rebels or bandits. Now, I must take my leave and you must go to dinner." She quickly disguises herself and exits through a hidden passage on the wall farthest from the door.
