"Halt!" cries a worker in coveralls. Bob is not used to listening to the
hired help but the worker had a gun and he was pointing it at Bob's belly.
Bob covered his belly and then remembered that hands usually go over the
head or in to the air in these situations.
"Looks like he's from Zaptech," said another worker, one with red hair. "The boss isn't going to like this. First we have the primitives and now we have spies." "Wel should we shoot him?" "Nah, put him in the stockade. The boss will probaby want to question him first." "I hope I get a raise for this...." says the worker with a gun. "OK turn around and march," he orders. Bob marched because the worker still held him at gunpoint. They went down a hall and down a small fight of stairs. The stockade was a closet converted into a jail by making a door out of an old set of bed springs. "In you go....Boy I sure hope I get a raise," the worker said as he shoved Bob into the makeshift cell and locked the door. "Wait until the boss sees this spy I've caught." Bob sat on the floor of his cage and thought. Bosses were all alike, and the worker who'd just put him in the cell at gunpoint was one stinking brown nose, but what could he do now....Bob, that is? He wondered if there was any point explaining his situation and story to the boss. He wondered if he might be able to escape. That door for all it resembled prison bars didn't look that sturdy. Maybe there was a way out..... What does Bob do?
