You shoot straight up from your bed, shocked by the king's presence, but
still too groggy to comprehend your situation. "Come, girl!", he
says, "It is time." You pause to consider your situation and then are
about to question him when he interrupts, "NOW!" He grabs you by the arm
and pulls you out of your heavy silk sheets. You struggle against him, to
no avail. He hoists you over his shoulder against your kicking and screaming and carries you down a spiraling staircase to what appears to be a torture chamber with a large round altar in the center. The altar has four handcuffs. You really don't like the look of this. "Finally," he says "with the blood of one more maiden of royal blood, I can bring her back!"
