To be honest, I'm relieved that I won't have to pretend I'm Naomi any more. That was getting old. Still, I'm worried that Anorkin will be sending out massive search parties for me, and if they see me with Naomi, who could be double, it's going to be pretty awkward. I'm still apprehensive about the faces and where I went, but this doesn't look like the best place. Instead I ask, "Where are we going to go now? I can't get back to Anorkin, and I don't know where else to go here. I also want to avoid Laralia by a mile." "Well... I know somewhere we could go. Across the Great Sea, near to the South Pole, is an island named A'Yrede. It was supposed to be home to many Dreamers, but vanished many years ago." All the stories that I ever heard about Atlantis come to mind, but I don't think there is any other alternative. Naomi says, "Come on. If we get provisions at the next village, we can reach a major port city named Canden in three days and possibly get a ship to A'Yrede." We both start walking down a windy mountain path down the mountainside.

  1. The journey to the next village passes without incident.
  2. On our first real day of travel (this doesn't count), we are again accosted by Q'aman.
  3. Just as we are leaving the Caeron range, Anorkin shows up with a search party.
