Dumachintovis. As soon as he picks up, you hear the sounds of partying,
raucous yells, Cossacks dancing and chairs being smashed. "Hello?" you say. "Alo? Alo? Oh, Amyechka, how good of you to calling." Yuri slurs. "We are just having party for birthday of one of cabinet ministers. This is why I recently raised number of ministers to 365, each with different birthday! This way, we can party every day of year!" "Well, I'm afraid the party's over, Yuri." you say with annoyance. "Aliens are about to invade the Earth, and our only chance for survival is to form a united planetary government." "Never! Russia will always remain bipolar!" Yuri yells. "I recieve visits from aliens too, ok, but never talking crazy. Ok, got to go, my caviar pizza is here. Thirty minutes late, so I get free!" You get a dial tone and hang up. A decision must now be made.
