Too proximate for comfort

Strangely enough Witch Maggie is only slightly surprised to see you. "Ah, there you are," she says. "You are early. Those travel spells are more potent than I thought. Got everything taken care of?"

You stand there fighting down your flee impulse for a moment before you realize what's happening. By sheer luck you have caught up with the witch at a time when the princess is away on some errand, and since such an event would seem extremely unlikely (or as Master Visini wuld put it, inconceivable), she thinks you are the real one come back early.

Having no idea what the princess is up to, you just nod briefly as the witch turns her attention to your attire. "What on Earth happened to you?" she asks. "You're a mess!"

Maggie seems to treat you as an equal accomplice rather than an underling, so you take a chance. "Don't ask!" you sigh. "I don't wanna talk about it!"

"Okay then, but it's not going to interfere with The Plan?"

You shake your head. "Well, better get cleaned up and changed then," Maggie continues. "Good thing we brought spares. Can't meet the Grand Moff like this."

Grand Moff. Now there's an interesting bit of information. You are not really into the whole hierarchy thing, but that title does not quite fit in with the other more European style ones used in this place. Sounds like Maggie and the princess are conspiring with someone from abroad...

"Don't worry, there's plenty of time," the witch assures you. "His Elatedness won't be around before noon."

She steps aside to let you enter the hut, and you realize that you don't have much of a choice - anything else would seem suspicious, so you head for the door. As you walk past Maggie, she turns to give you a thoughtful look, and says...

1. "This is the crucial point, you know. We'd better rehearse the whole plan from the beginning while you're changing."
2. "Ted should be around in about twenty minutes, though. No worries,he can wait." Ted? Wasn't that the name of the helpful outlaw? [4366] Where does he fit into this? And more important, on what side?
3. "Wait a minute, do my eyes deceive me or is that the dress we left your double wearing?"
4. "Nobody steps on a church in my town."
5. "Bibbity bobbity boo."
6. "Hail Satan!"
