Kender's Trap

"It's this!" the kender said, and suddenly they all fell through the crudely designed trap into a mass of sticky green slime in an underground pit.

"I knew your jumping to attack me would be enough to break the shoddy beams I put over this pit trap," the kender crowed in triumph. " And then covered up with loose soil and leaves! Now you're all doomed to stay here for eternity! Ahahahahahahaha!"

"Ugh! I can't move!" Sarah said, struggling to move in the slime, but it kept her immobile. "You stupid kender! You're trapped too!"

"Oh yeah, I didnt think of that."

Amergin laughed. "Looks like we're stuck here until the next group of wanderers comes along, whoever that may be."

  1. Someone comes by soon.
  2. They're stuck in the green slime for days.
  3. The Kender thinks of a way to escape.
