Exotics Comes out of the Closet

You smirk evilly as Princess Exotica - just as naked as Astra - emerges from the closet, to everyone's surprise apart from your own. (Unless anyone has been looking over your shoulder at what you have been writing, of course.) This should be good.

Whilst you are temporarily distracted by your evil gloating, I seize the opportunity to take back control of the story. I think that I can see how to defuse the situation.

"You needn't feel jealous of me any longer, Astra," Exotica says. "Not now that I've come out of the closet."

"You mean...?" Astra says.

"That's right, I've realised that I'm a lesbian. I'm not interested in Fred any more. He's all yours."

You grab control again. Perhaps you can turn this development to your advantage.

Exotica goes on: "It's you that I lust after, Astra."
I think that I can see what you intend, and I snatch back control in the nick of time. Exotica goes on: "I'm leaving, for good. Goodbye, Fred. Goodbye, everyone"
