Welcome to Starbase Charlie

Then you emerge into a large, spacious chamber. There are lots of creatures, mainly aliens, bustling about. You look at the various aliens. Some have two eyes, many have three eyes, some even more. And some aliens have just a single eye. Likewise, many aliens have more than two limbs, and only two or three nearly resemble humans. These aliens frighten you, but you barely manage to stop yourself from screaming. The aliens do not appear to be Klingons, Cardassians or any of those aliens that you have seen on any of the Star Trek series or Babylon 5 or any of the other Sci-fi TV shows. Come to think of it, all the aliens on these TV shows really are disguised humans. Maybe if you're lucky, you'll spot a friendly Vulcan or Minbari. Or even a human. As a matter of fact, you don't see any human beings at all. This makes you wonder which alien actually last used that toilet that you just used. The thought of an alien having sat on the toilet just before you did nearly makes you retch.

On one wall of the spacious chamber, you can see a window that shows a black night sky filled with stars. You also see other starbases in the sky. And a few starships. The beauty of the view makes you gasp. There is a large banner above the window which reads Welcome to Starbase Charlie. A banner with words written in English? Maybe these aliens do speak English.

Anyway, it seems as if you have been transported through the Black Void to a starbase in another part of the galaxy. You barely manage to keep yourself composed as you ponder your choices:

1. Speak to the blue alien with four eyes and six tentacles wearing a red garment that has the words Been there! Done that!
2. Walk to the booth that has an overhead sign that reads "Employment Agency", that is being manned by a dark brown alien with a single eye and four arms.
3. Mingle among the aliens and take a look around the starbase.
4. Walk up to a padd which reads Starbase Charlie General Information.
