Confronting the master of the casino

I start grabbing the carrots and tossing them aside and eventually, I make
it to the buffet entrance. However, I hear a hissing noise behind me. I
turn around to see the carrots fusing with some fake palm trees,
transforming into a massive carrot/palm tree monster with a gaping maw of
sharp teeth. ''I am the massssster of thisssss casssssino. Ssssince you
didn't lisssten to me, I have to bite you to inject the elixir into you.''
The monster moves towards me by dragging itself with it's roots. I briefly
consider shooting this monster, but I reason that something as normal as
bullets won't be very effective against a biologically impossible creature.
What will I do?
