The Crescent Moon

"All right, I guess we'll just have to hope it's enough." I reply.

Teran gives me a small pouch with a dozen gold coins or so. He then gives me brief instructions on how to get to the Crescent Moon from here. "Good luck, and be careful, lass." He turns, sword still drawn, to go back and deal with Maris.

I walk the short distance to the tavern, entering to a scene not unlike the one I encountered when I first entered Zal's place.[2074] The pipe smoke hangs in the air, making the the whole place look hazy. It's not too crowded yet, but it's still midday. I walk up to the bartender nervously. I get a few sideways glances, but not as many as before (probably due to my disguise, as I now look more or less like a local, especailly in the darkenss of the bar)

"Excuse me, sir." I say. The middle-aged bartender looks up from washing a mug. "Hm? Don't get a lot of girls in here. Whaddaya want?"

"I'm looking for a man named Yunis. I was told he was a regular patron here."

1. "You're in luck. He's over there at the end of the bar."
2. "He's not here yet, usually dosen't come in for another hour or two. You're welcome to order a drink and wait if you'd like."
3. "Yunis? Never heard of him." Was Maris decieving us?
4. He says something unexpected.
