You ask, tapping the side of the container. Joey doesn't move. He just

A popping sound, inside your head, but this time preceded by a stretched out huff. It's getting louder now, and sounding more like distinct letters. You've stopped listening to the lab assistant, and are now focusing completely on the strange sound in your head. H....e...l...p!
