Jacques nervously climbs through the broken window, not sure what he might
find.
Jacques notices that the inside of his own house is completely dark. He can see the window and what is outside the window, but the bright sunlight from outside is not illuminating the interior of his house. "This is bizarre," mutters Jacques. Jacques realizes that he can't even see his own hands. Out of curiosity, he puts one arm out the window which allows him to see his arm from where the window pane used to be outwards toward his fingertips, but not inwards. "How is that possible?" he asks in amazement. So how is Jacques going to explore the inside of his own house?
