ABANDON PLOT

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 99358

Scott and Josh just abandon everything and run out for some Captain Hardass Steak and Fries at the local Captain Hardass Eatery and Cutlery Store. It is a grand place, well lit, done in beige and red, with public domain pictures of classic cars on the walls and four tvs showing a sports game with both teams from far, far away.
Oddly, despite the place selling cutlery as advertised on the sign, Scott is missing both fork and spoon for his expected dinner.

  1. The waiter gives him his cutlery when reminded.
  2. Scott says nothing and tries to eat with just a knife.
  3. Scott cries manly tears despite Josh urging him to request cutlery.
  4. Most of the diners (there are forty) are missing cutlery.
  5. Same as #4; the forks and spoons are impaled in the ceiling. Wait. Spoons?
  6. Scott decides that drinking a stranger's coffee will help solve the problem.
