The bank in a pleasing forest

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 98606

The forest held many surprises. Namely seven ragged adventurers on a quest of their own. Hespans, but good people, traveling to the Floating Isles to deliver secret code phrases to keep the Isles Floating.
Normally this would be done with a full army battalion but Hespan had undergone dark times lately and would love to see an Allarian ally literally fall into the ocean. So these seven had stolen the codes and run off.
"All well and good." said Fred, "but why trust us with this incredibly sensitive information?"
The leader, a short man with scars on the back of his bean-shaped head, paused.

  1. "You are Lord Fred. Your reputation proceeds you."
  2. "Diana here is trusted far more then you realize."
  3. "This is the GreenBriar Forest. You wouldn't even be allowed here if your heart wasn't pure. We can trust you."
  4. "You are correct. I have made a foolish error of judgement."
  5. "We have ways of determining your trustworthiness. I'm sure you understand if we keep them to ourselves for now."
  6. "Fred? Fred? It's Diana. Your friend, Diana. Who are you talking to?"
