The Never Ending Quest - Episode 9794

"Hello, fair lady" said the man. "I certainly didn't expect to find a damsel down here, but judging by those corpses you seem to know what you are about. But I ought to introduce myself. I am Sir James De Somerville from Allaria."

Anna replied: "I am pleased to make your acquaintance, Sir James. I am afraid I am at a disadvantage, for I seem to be suffering from amnesia. I can tell you that I am called Anna, but what my last name is, where I am from, and whether I am from a noble lineage or a lowly one I cannot say. I feel that I am on a quest, but what it is I do not recall, though I am sure that it is something other than killing the dragon."

"That is most odd. I would think you must be one of the famed amazon warriors from Aqualaria, for what other woman would be here in the dragon's realm, wearing mail and wielding a sword? My own quest is to kill the dragon. Perhaps you would care to help me in it? When it has been completed, if we can work out what your quest is then maybe I could help you in turn?"

  1. "I would welcome that."
  2. "I'm sorry, but I have a strange feeling that I must not be diverted from my own quest, even temporarily."
  3. "You don't fool me. You're the dragon in disguise, aren't you? The wisps of smoke coming from your nostrils give you away."
