Fred sat in thought for some time before comming to his decision. He
couldn't just send this girl back, besides she'd probably be a big help
being he had no knowledge of magic or where things were in Vjorica. But
first he needed to clear some things up. "Who exactly is your father?" Fred asked, looking up at Bertha. She frowned and sat down on a log. "My father is no hay merchant, he is a priest of the mage's guild. He is one of their spies on the west side. You must be careful now, he will report back to the guild, and a warrant will be issued for your arrest...and mine.""Indeed I shall be. I am sorry I got you into this." Bertha shook her head. "No, don't be sorry. I've been living in fear too long. Ever since Castellan has taken over the Mage's Guild Vjorica has become a dark place. Rumors and dark secrets float around everywhere you go. It's not safe to leave at night...or day! My father never used to be the way he is now either. Castellan must be stopped."
