The Never Ending Quest - Episode 97486

Exotica used her weapon, a small blade enscrolled with white magic. She has reconsidered the idea of using a cursed blade to bring forth the blood that would destroy it.
Fred allowed himself to be cut and the blood was dripped over the weapon. It took four drops and the blade vanished with a soft 'hiss'.
"That should do it." said the Princess. "Now we need to tell someone. Belboz working so closely with the dragon is a terrible idea indeed. I'm not sure if we should tell my father. He would be more interested in you teleporting into my room and I haven't been exactly honest about my magical studies."
The two discussed things and decided to go find the Wizard Of Kamiro. According to Exotica's admittedly weak magical senses, he was said to be visiting the Tower Of Meditation just outside of town, to refresh.
The Kamiro Wizard was said to be neutral in all respects but it was well known he had defended the kingdom last year from a troll invasion and a sun-demon. If anything, he would be annoyed if not informed that Belboz was inside the dragon's territory.
The two set off for the tower.

  1. They did not find the Wizard. Perhaps Exotica's rookie skills have failed her.
  2. They did not find the Tower. This is bad.
  3. They found the Wizard.
  4. They found the Wizard, drunk in the travler's inn across the street from the tower.
  5. The tower had burned down five minutes ago. The Wizard had been seen, fleeing west.
  6. The two intended to head for the tower but were stopped by guards at the East Palace Tunnels.
