he breezed on: "This is Dr. Anderson. He's going to remove your, uh,
gadgets, and confirm your story for us." "I'm telling you again, we don't have time for this!" Julie burst out. Falk held up a hand in a placating gesture. "Look, I know what you're thinking, but we've got to do this by the book or it's not going to get done at all. Got it? Now, you're going to let this man remove the gizmo from your rear end, and I'm going to get things ready to move for when he tells me what I want to hear. All right?" Stacy nodded, but Julie still looked unhappy. "Look," she said, "surely you don't have to take the time to remove the transmitters from both of us? One should do it, right?"
