The Never Ending Quest - Episode 9052

Fred had the nasty feeling that Astra must have heard of Christ - for his own country of Allaria, which was Christian, bordered on Aqualaria - but must have preferred to believe in her own country's gods. However, he knew that he had to give St Peter's suggestion a try.

He found himself not just in Rome but within the Vatican itself. This was fortunate, since many people there would be able to speak Latin which - being one of the nobility and hence having been educated - Fred could also speak after a fashion. He would have had no chance of conversing in twentieth century Italian, nor in any other modern language for that matter.

  1. St Peter had thoughtfully garbed him as a priest.
  2. He was dressed in the strange uniform of the Swiss Guard who protect the Vatican.
  3. He still wore his medieval knight's attire.
