Felina and Grand Moff, the last two sane people on board the Bajoran ship, had been quarantined in a side-hallway in the medical bay of the Enterprise-D.
Moff had exchanged his uniform for something gray and shapeless before the security goons found him.
Felina considers telling her burly doctor (Jonesy) Moff had a position of authority.

  1. Tell Jonesy.
  2. Don't tell him.
  3. Moff tells.
  4. Josh injects Jonesy with tranquilizers.
  5. Grand Moff implodes.
