The dragon was very charmed right up to the point Fred stabbed him in the uvula. It's a real body part.
Enraged, the dragon ran off.
"Odd reaction for one so mad." you think. Then Fred and Astra start making out.

  1. Gross.
  2. The dragon returns and kills everyone.
  3. You find the dragon and kill him.
  4. The dragon is found several minutes later. He has choked to death on his own molten blood.
