Figuring that at least they were better off in the hands of the police than
those of their former captors, Julie and Stacy complied with the officer's
instructions and got into the police car. They were taken down to a police
station, where they proceeded to repeat their story to anyone they could
get to listen... which mostly just got them amused or incredulous looks.
