Damn! thought Stacy. Nielson now knew where she would be meeting her
contact. Worse that that, she had not had the chance to look at the address
on the piece of paper herself. Not that it would have been safe to go to
the address now anyway,
as presumably it would be put under observation. She hoped that her
contact or his colleagues
wouldn't be apprehended as a result of her carelessness. At least she now
knew that the oh-so-solicitous
Nielson was on the side of the enemy. It was almost worth this latest
setback to find
that out.
She supposed that all she could do now was to wait in the coffee shop in the hope that either her contact would eventually come looking for her or that the other man that he had mentioned would put in an appearance. So she waited.
