The Never Ending Quest - Episode 8459

The Doctor indicates that nineteen years has just been ripped out of the space-time continuum.
It can be recovered and restored by TARDIS machinery, specific machinery which had been installed by unknown forces, but they just have to 'find' the missing nineteen years first.
Where to look?

  1. Paris France, 1910.
  2. Tampa Bay Florida, 2019.
  3. Mars, 4040. It's a museum then, run by the nicest robots in all the Consortium.
  4. Pluto in 3333, when it awakens and has a tantrum.
  5. Gallifrey itself, which should not be in the Kastaforian system, but is.
