The right path

Although it is already clear just how hard the new life that she has chosen will be, Susan realises that her choice has been the right one. She has choice a route for her life that, given the limitations of her new form, will still be testing for her. Instead of a life that was completely given over to the challenge of the quest her new life will be one with a similar amount of dedication to a cause, but this time devoted to the glory of God.

So it was that the former knight was able to reconcile the new lifestyle that would in time lead to her becoming a bride of Christ, in the certain knowledge that was the only bride that was right.
