The Doctor has a Question

The doctor glanced at Belinda who was staring at them intensely, and said, "We have Astra's sister here, and this might be sensitive. Can you briefly tell me what Ralph is saying?"

1. Ralph is angry that his name is being dragged into this. It does not sound manufactured.
2. Ralph appears to know what is going on. This is not going to be pleasant, but we need to listen.
3. Ralph is scared, although he is trying hard not to show it.
