"You couldn't have come to any harm. The handle's insulated,"
Melissa pointed
out as she grabbed back the cutters. "Now, where shall I start?... How
about here?"
And she cut through a thick cable that looked as if it might be important.
They were
plunged into total darkness apart from a few illuminated switches and
glowing dials on an instrument panel.
"Looks as though that was the circuit for the lighting," said
Melissa. "There's a
problem now. How can I cut wires that I can't see?"
