The Never Ending Quest - Episode 84092

Ardua and Astra came down to the main lobby. Fred had just finished moving the tables to block the door and the window.
Fred raised an eyebrow.
"I know." said Astra. "We're thinking that house of ill repute we saw had spillover business to the inn. We had to mix and match dozens of items until we found decent clothing."
"Thank god." Fred said. Then, off their look he hastily added... "There's crazy what-something out there. The color of your clothing may be garish and clashing but at least you two found -normal- clothes. They will obviously flow much easier in battle."
Nothing much happened for some time. All three double-checked the barriers. Some jerky was found and shared.

  1. Astra finds Velus.
  2. Fred finds magic boots.
  3. Fred finds a dead body.
  4. Ardua finds some booze.
  5. Ardua finds a LOT of booze, thousands of bottles.
  6. Astra finds a man. He is hiding in a closet. He is naked, knocked-out, healthy and in far better shape then Fred.
  7. Fred finds a passage marked 'Wet Weather Access To Town Hall'.
  8. Fred finds a monkey. It had been eaten by, compared to the dead monkey's own teeth, other monkeys.
  9. Ardua finds Fred. Oddly, she treats this as an accomplishment.
  10. Fred finds a working shower; AKA a bucket and holed metal sheet and a string. Ardua calls Firstsies.
