Not as planned...

Frankly, when I and my new husband had been given our Quest, I had not figured on having quiet this problem: getting a Mentor Champion to chaperon the event!

I fear that I did . . .not make myself very popular with some of the still able bodied Champions of Terra Prime with the actions I performed whilst being more than a bit insane. Oh, it wasn’t the fact that some of them had been involved in other things before I (without so much as a "by your leave") dragged them from their homeworld to here.

No, it was all to do with both how they'd been treated after arriving and fighting off the Dark Kingdom of Beryl (and other threats) to the Moon Kingdom. That and a lot to do with how many got injured grievously during the fight.

No, they did all NOT just jump in to fight a person who had godlike powers. They're good but not THAT good, I shall have you know and not stupid enough to think such things. Even on their best day they couldn't have taken me on back, even IF I was "nuttier than a fruit fly" as the saying goes and . . .

Oh god, I'm having a Sailor Venus flashback. Bad enough that while I lived that life I opted in hiding my true intelligence (as well as dying my hair blonde) to better blend in to better "look for my life partner and such" (after all, they DID say that “blondes have more fun“). No, I have to keep mangling phrases even THOUGH I no longer carry the powers (or persona) of Sailor Venus/Aino!

Sigh, so be it. And enough angst already for gods’ sake! Amanda (aka Rei Ayanami, aka Rei I) here had enough of that from being from where she haled from originally, before getting adopted by “The Doctor” and Inquirer Deschaine!

Or she would have if someone in her adopted family had not gone and halted that heinous crime of her being killed by a maddened woman (only to be brought back again in another clone body).

The details were kind of fuzzy there. Contradictory viewings through the Timegates before . . .just cutting out to black. Don‘t want to even think what that means for the timeline Amanada haled from, thanks. Just would like to know what her tale is, that’s all.

I mean, Amanda here is from a reality which is a manga and anime from where I am from. One that I rather liked!

ER, I should say “where I had been from“ to be more accurate. My “essence” had been torn apart and spread out to eight other realities and all that. Born again eight other times as different Sailor Senshi, you know.

Eight other worlds which I basically no longer am part of by choosing to stay “Sailor Moon” of the Silver Millennium. That kind of annulled my old life.

Not that I particularly regret it now, giving up being Sailor Pluto.... Lonely job, that one had been....

Anyway! That said though, while I’m of course curious at to what exactly happened I . . .will wait until later to find out. Can’t just go out and blurt questions at the woman here, who’s been rather polite and kind with me.

Can’t say that all of the other Champions have been that way, alas.

See, what happened during the battle before now explains everything.

What happened with the battle where a lot of Champions got injured was somewhat do to that. While I was VERY much able to quickly neutralize most of the most powerful enemies I had inadvertently dragged along with me, that is not to say that every enemy (real or imagined) was taken care by me.

Some Champions got cut off and overwhelmed, frightenly effective tactics and weaponry aside!

Some got injured by either me (by being too near an enemy when I attacked) or by those bloody IDIOT Palace Guards who mistook the Champions actions as attacking Dark Kingdom. . . .

. . .

Good grief, that term is just SOOOO lame: “Dark Kingdom”. I guess there is something to this business of my reality being reflected in their anime and manga for young girls. Lacks a kind of dignity in a way....

Ah, but anyway the Palace Guards mistook the guarding/protection actions the Champions were doing for my mother and the others of the Court as attempted kidnapping (or worse).

They correctly thought that I was possessed or something else equally as dangerous so didn’t attempt to “save” me straight away from. Instead, they thought that one of the Champions (namely Diane Walker) was responsible for my erratic behavior and attempted...

You get the picture. It was something of a madhouse before when I “reintegrated” all my selves back into one being and I did a “power up” akin to something like you’d see in that one martial arts/monster anime: “Dragonball Z”. I blew the ROOF off of the Royal Palace (and blew quiet a few guests almost through a few walls) with that!

Well, Walker kept (through her rough efforts) me from going too far. Just enough to clean up the enemies her friends couldn’t handle, though there were a few times I managed to Sailor teleport away and do . . .ill advised things like drag entire WORLDS in from other realities into this one for some mad reason I no longer can make heads or tails of here. Walker (or rather the Forge using Walker as a medium) quickly showed up to put a stop to that happening TOO much and muck up TOO many things....

Bottom line though . . .the Champions of Terra Prime aren’t too happy with me for having (intentionally or no) put so many of their numbers in a VERY bad way. Some of them were blown into little pieces for gods’ sake! Only thing that kept them alive (and in extreme agony) was the fact that Champions . . .can’t die.

And due to delays due to various factors (standoffish goddamned IDIOTS) of my people, magical medical assistance that could of and SHOULD have been given out in addition to what the Champions had been allowed by the Rules and Agents to bring with them when I snatched them....

They do have some VERY hard feelings about it all, a lot of them. That is why I find that after a fantastic, frenzied wedding night (near death can make one feel SO alive) I awoke to this problem: nobody so far wishes to aid me and my husband in my Validation Quest.

Those who ARE sympathetic enough I was able to find have prior obligations back upon Terra Prime and were (through the TARDIS of the Doctor) returning shortly.

There are those like those elves: Drewamwalker, Azure, and Quirlos who are willing to “take us under their wing”. Yeah, but I rather doubt Mum would appreciate her dear beloved daughter (and my husband to something of a lesser extent but still appreciable) being driven INSANE by the experience. Those elves are #%#$% crazy!

Needless to say I and my husband (who’s off trying to track down his part of list of potential chaperons) are rather worried here.
