The Master Has No Hard Feelings

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 8276

"As I said earlier - but you appear not to have been paying attention - the purpose was to get rid of humanity so that my clients could move in. [7695] I had no objection to humanity as such - your people could be quite amusing at times - but I'm afraid that they couldn't be allowed to get in the way of my plan."

The four women noted unhappily the Master's use of the past tense. Betty-1 asked him:

  1. "You said it was part of a far greater plan. Does that mean that there's more to it than just Earth?"
  2. "Just who ARE your clients?"
  3. "Will your clients have moved in yet, do you think?"
  4. "So your clients will be happy, presumably, but what do you get out of doing this?"
  5. "Are you SURE that humanity is completely wiped out? Apart from us, of course."
