It turned out the company HAD spent more on security equipment than on actual security officers. With the doors locked the two women were in the safest place in the building. Hell, in the block. Thumps and bangs against the door proved fruitless.
The two women monitored the scene outside.

  1. Their attackers shoot out the cameras.
  2. Cops arrive and mass arrest everyone. The receptionist is rushed to a hospital.
  3. It's been thirty minutes and nobody has arrived. Nobody has left either.
  4. A different screen beeps. Text materializes. "Hey!" it reads. "You two vixens in trouble! Type reply below!"
