Astra had been sufficiently flustered that her arithmetic had been
faulty. After the dragon had left she realised that in fourteen days she
would have lost 28 inches from her current height of 74 inches (6 feet 2
inches). That would still leave her at a relatively lofty 3 feet 10. Had
the dragon realised her mistake and played up to it, or had he not
bothered to check but simply assumed that she was right?
Her thoughts were interrupted by the arrival of her new guard. She saw that in referring to her future guards as pigs, the dragon was being more literal than she had assumed. Her new guard was a man who had been semi-transformed into a pig, or conceivably a pig who had been semi-transformed into a man. In particular, the head was totally that of a pig. On seeing her, he grunted in obvious pleasure. He wasted little time in groping almost every inch of her body, including - naturally - her right nipple. Her instantaneous shrinking following this was just noticeable to her, though it did not seem to register with the pig. The only consolation of the next twenty-four hours for Astra was that her guard did not actually rape her. Either the dragon had given his guards dire warnings of what the consequences of doing so would be for them, or he had bespelled them to prevent it.
