Astra certainly didn't trust the traitor that she would follow any advice
from him. As he slumped down on the floor she grabbed Fred's arm and pulled
him quickly away down the corridor. "It would have been simpler just to kill him," she said, "but he was unarmed I will not stoop to killing an unarmed man, even a traitor." Fred nodded his agreement as he stumbled after her. "I knew from the moment I first heard you speak that you had the honour of a true knight. Just the kind of woman I..." Fred stopped when he realized what he was about to say. Astra gave him an incredulous look and saw that he was blushing. An amused smile flashed on her lips. Fred certainly was a pleasant man, and an honourable knight, clumsy as he may be. She imagined for a moment what her mother would think of her daughter marrying a foreign knight.
