The Never Ending Quest - Episode 74205

The old man is wearing an ornate robe, inscribed along its borders with
strange symbols that seem to move when you are not looking directly at
them. He has a wrinkled face, and a long beard and mustache, but his eyes
are deep blue and timeless. He looks at Fred, then Astra, and finally to
Velus. The old man waves his hand in Velus' general direction, and he reverts to his human form in that instant. Velus' eyes get big and he backs up against the wall of his cell. Fred and Astra also eye the old man warily, "What magick is this? Be you a spirit?" says Fred as Astra thinks of how they can possibly fight a ghost. "Be at peace, all of you. My name is Lord Draethmore, and I need your help. My land is under a foul bewitchment, and I am prisoner in a town full of dark magics. I am a powerful mage, true, but I cannot use my abilities to escape. This is a rare window for me, but I can transport you all to my world so that you can help me. In return, I will give you anything in my power to give." The man then sighs and waits for their response. Fred does not feel good about this. Something about this stranger feels... wrong... but he did restore poor Velus. And, it would get them out of prison. He looks over at Astra, who shakes her head but then appears conflicted. Velus is still staring wild eyed at the man, but then he looks at his hand and jumps up excitedly. "I... I am human again!" He runs to the image, and tries to give the old man a bear hug. He is completely unsuccessful. "I want to help you however I can. I thought I was trapped as a dog forever! You undid the dragons spell like it was nothing." he then turns to Fred and Astra "Guys, we have to help him. Lets do the right thing, plus it gets us out of jail." Astra sighs, then shrugs. Fred turns to the old man, runs over his options in his mind and then speaks. What does Fred say?
