Great ball of fire

Before anyone had time to reply a mighty roar was heard from above. As our
heroes looked up they saw a great ball off fire (goodness gracious!)
coming down over them, followed by the hideous dragon. Fred reacted with
the instincts of a true knight and threw himself towards Astra and Velus
to protect them with his own body. Astra however, was a proud warrior
princess and valiantly threw herself over Fred and Velus despite having
not a thread to protect her own body. Even Velus, giddy with adrenaline
after the fight, had got the same idea and threw himself toward Fred and
Astra. It ended with the three of them colliding and knocking each other
out. Luckily they were all saved by the magical shield thrown up by the wizard.
