Flashback Ends

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 71149

The memory of his earlier peril suddenly fades and Fred finds himself once again back in the dragon's caverns with the blue gorilla and the tiger (both of which were formerly human). He notices for the first time a small slot on the wall immediately in front of him, above which is a weird flashing sign bearing the legend "TO CONTINUE FLASHBACK PLEASE INSERT 3 QUARTERS IN THE NEXT 15 SECONDS". The strange device is obviously on a countdown because the number 15 changes to 14 then 13 . . .

  1. Fred searches for 3 quarters to continue his flashback
  2. Actually, he's pretty glad to be out of it. "Now, where were we?" he asks the tiger
  3. Fred decides to destroy the Flashback machine and starts hacking at it with his sword
