Stacy's Amnesia Lifts - a Little

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 6963

No, those names aren't quite right, Stacy thought. It's not Baron Fredrick von Allar but Lord Frederigo D'Honaire of Allaria. I can see him in my mind's eye. He is carrying a sword and wearing some sort of medieval chain mail outfit. And the country where we met was called Hespan, though I can remember nothing about it apart from its name. But I somehow know that I really have met the person and been to the place. I haven't just read about them. So how have their names got into some comic book, even if they are slightly altered? And how do they tie in with an analog of New York City back in 1963, or is that bit of the comic pure fiction?

Ignoring the woman, who was still jabbering away, she picked up a copy of "Mistakes Never End", and looked for the name of the writer. Perhaps he or she would hold the key to her missing memories. Of course, reading the book might help as well, though she didn't have any money with which to buy it.

  1. The name of the artist was easy to find, but the writer's name seemed not to be given.
  2. She did not recognise the writer's name.
  3. The writer's name was "Stacy Jones". That was HER name - she even recognised "Jones". She was not only the model for Mistake but it appeared she was the writer too!
