Calling Josh's Mom

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 69586

Using the library's courtesy phone, intended for loser kids and homeless men, Scott calls Josh's mom.
"Mrs. Burbank?" Scott squeaks. "Josh um...like died and stuff but he said to tell you he loved you. I'm so sorry!"
"Thanks, kid." Mrs. Burbank growled, due to eighteen thryoid surgeries because she won't stop smoking inch-long cigars. "But listen. You know the idiot better then I do. Stop crying. He probably came back to life already. Now get back to reading your book."
"Book?"
"The library has a web-cam in the lobby. Yeah, my Joshy has books written about him. Despite what Amazon says, sixty-nine books totally. Har, har, har."
Scott slams the phone down. His best friend's mom shouldn't be making sex jokes, especially since she sounded (and looked) like a dying elephant.
Scott goes back to reading his book. He sees that the prologue was written by Dan Aykroyd. Seems Josh Burbank was his assistant on a comedic parody of the Conan movies called 'Muscles McGee', which made forty million pure profit in Australia. Josh saved the production eighteen times, four of them involving punching.

  1. Nobody cares.
  2. Punching?
  3. What about the other fourteen times.
  4. Ernie Hudson, who was in the movie, reveals that Josh stole all his Ghostbusters souveneirs and ate them.
  5. Muscles McGee, the fictional barbarian, runs by, screaming about pie.
