The Secret of Television

It was a tense couple of days. Fox hadn't yet announced the renewal of the sitcom Titus, and Josh Burbank was on edge. He lived for that program. This devotion to a television series led him to believe a poorly worded rumor that the network had renewed the show for a whopping five more seasons.

Unfortunately, this was not the case. The end came as Josh was shown a newspaper article about Fox cancelling Titus. He had a big freak out that night, and he went on a destructive rampage, turning over furniture, smashing knick-knacks, punching and kicking holes in the wall, tearing up the carpeting, you name it.

The really tragedy of this story was that Josh was also an intern at the White House, and the President did not appreciate Josh Burbank wrecking the place over a cancelled TV show. He and several Secret Service agents found Josh in the kitchen, surrounded by several empty beer cans, and babbling about how scared he was of Ornette Coleman.

1. Josh managed to escape this one, believe it or not.
2. Even after that freak out, Josh still didn't become the most infamous White House intern.
3. Despite Josh's passionate response, Fox still declined to renew Titus.
