Charles said, "I don't recognize you all."

"Well, you have never seen us. I am webboy. This is chazz666, he is 31173h0ckma7, and that guy over there is BigJimSlade."

Charles replied, "Oh! Yes. I have run into you guys online."

Susan (the former Fred) was was still sniffling. She had been through a lot. She was lost, and was worried about these pirates, but considering all the bizarre things that she had experienced lately, she just listened. Her take on all this was that Charles was dealing with wizards as well as pirates, who were involved with the mysterious On Line. She did not know whether this was a man, a place, or some magical artifact.

Webboy said, "So did you like the latest software package?"

Charles replied, "Yes, yes," as he jerked his head a little toward Susan to remind the pirates that she was in the room. "Um, LedgerManager 4 seems to work great."

Chazz666 asked Charles, "So do you have A Day's Hard Knight 6 ready yet? I have a lot of people asking for it."

Susan's curiosity got the better of her. She asked, "What exactly is A Day's Hard Knight?"

There was an awkward silence.

Finally, webboy replied, "Oh, my lady, it's, um, a Middle Ages simulation game. Sort of like the Sims with dragons and whatnot."

1. BigJimSlade held up a little jewel box. It was a copy of one of the games in the series. The cover art had a semi-nude young woman in chains.
2. Charles said, "Yeah. Actually I have been working on mod for a new player-character called Susan. Would you like to see a demo?"
