Fred draws his weapon and bravely charges the glass mirror. As his Ice
Sword
penetrates the mirror a loud screeching sound emanates from the surface as
it passes through, until his body is also drawn through the surface of the
portal. He steps out of the other side of the portal, only to find that
his Ice Sword shatters and falls to the ground in a hundred tiny pieces
before him. Turning quickly, he finds that the mirror on this side is
solid. There is no going back. A tall man in a dark cloak quickly steps out from a shadowy nook in the wall, laughing quietly to himself. Then he lets out a loud evil laugh, "Mua-hahahaha"! "Who are you"? Fred asks, looking surprised and defenseless. "I am Merkalov the Sorceror, and you have entered my realm..." he seems amused by Fred's dumb-founded reaction, "...from whence there IS NO RETURN"! "Mua-hahahaha"! he laughs boldly again.
