A Mirrored Portal

As Fred touches the mirror, his fingertips seem to pass right through the
mirrored surface. A strange tingling sensation emanates from his
fingertips! As the fingertip of his right index finger passes through the
glass, the edges of the mirror's carved wooden surface begin to glow with a
strange pale blue glow. Just then the whisper is joined by several other
whispering voices. The whispering begins to intensify. This looks like a
portal of some kind.
