Stacy wasn't sure why she didn't want to tell her friend about her amnesia, but somehow she just didn't feel comfortable talking about it. And how did she know she could really trust this woman? "Sorry, uh... Paula. I'm not feeling terribly well." Which wasn't too far from the truth, she thought. Losing one's memory was an awful feeling. "I wanted to talk to you about this, uh... blood thing." There was a pause. Finally Paula said:

  1. "Oh, that! Yes, that was a really great practical joke, Stacy."
  2. "I'm not sure we should talk about this over the phone, are you?"
  3. "Oh, good! Have you found out anything new?"
